Ingredients
4 large slices (6” x 2-1/2” x 1-3/4”) French bread, (sliced lengthwise)
1-1/2 cups ready-to-serve jarred pasta sauce with mushrooms and green peppers
1 cup shredded part-skim, low-moisture mozzarella cheese
4 ounces proscuitto (or other thinly sliced deli ham), torn into pieces
8 cups raw spinach
1/2 cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread each slice of French bread with 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Top with proscuitto. Bake for 5-7 minutes. While pizza is baking, fill 4 salad bowls with 2 cups spinach each. Drizzle each with 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing. Serve salad with pizza.
